The Conservation Value Assessment for the Norfolk Seamounts marine area is a study that was undertaken by CSIRO Marine and Atmospheric Research and the Australian Government Department of the Environment and Heritage.

The study's aim was to assess whether the Norfolk Seamounts marine area possesses biodiversity values worthy of protection.

This project was funded under the Marine Protected Areas Program of the Australian Government Department of the Environment and Heritage.
