SST coverage extended (news release) Marine and Atmospheric Research Remote Sensing Facility

SST coverage area

We have recently extended our SST coverage of Australia. A new data source has given us the ability to provide the full set of NOAA SST products for Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland.

Our SST coverage now includes :

• The entire Australian coastal region
• parts of Antarctica
• much of New Zealand
• parts of Indonesia and New Guinea
